What were your initial complaints? I had terrible lower back pain during sitting and driving for extended periods.
What did you do to try to help your problem that didn't work (e.g. pills, doctors, heating pads, etc.) before you came to Cornerstone Chiropractic? Would use Advil or Lumbar support pillows, which only masked the issue.
How do you feel now? Explain. After going through the full IDD, PT and Chiropractic program, I now feel 100%. My original symptoms are no longer noticeable.
Do you plan to continue on wellness care to stay healthy? Why? I do, if I can maintain wellness I should be able to prevent or minimize future incidents.
What would you tell others who are considering chiropractic care, but who are unsure about it? It worked well for my situation and my only other alternative was surgery.... this was way better!

What did you do to try to help your problem that didn't work (e.g. pills, doctors, heating pads, etc.) before you came to Cornerstone Chiropractic? I tried rest, ice and Advil.
How do you feel now? Explain. I have felt perfectly normal (pain-free) since my 3rd visit to the office.
Do you plan to continue on wellness care to stay healthy? Why? Yes, I do. I do not want to hurt myself again.
What would you tell others who are considering chiropractic care, but who are unsure about it? I would tell them that chiropractic care really works. I was amazed at how quickly I felt better.
